Day 3 of quitting smoking. I’m using nicorette inhalers. If anybody has tried to quit and failed before (like me, many times) definitely consider giving them a go (I’ll post a picture of them in my next post). I guess it is the first time I have been REALLY serious about quitting and have adopted nicotine replacement as a way to quit (not that I was never NOT serious about quitting, just everytime I failed I was all “eh, next time”) I don’t want there to be a “next time” to quit. Smoking may be all hot and hipster and the French love it, but it can still kill you. And I don’t want to be a pack a day smoker by the time I’m 60 like my Grandmother.
